So, I try to tell myself to try on new things, take new risks and after all, I am gaining life experiences along the way. 3. Be respectful and thankful - we are lucky to have what we have in life 4. Acknowledge your regrets - Why wouldn't we have regrets? Sometimes in life, reality forces us to make decisions, but some decisions are made not because of what we wanted, but what was considered necessary at that moment. Why do millions of people live with regrets even to the end of their lives? 5. Have a regular fitness routine - Muscle body connection (can't forget that) 6. Give time to yourself and learn who you are - We often get so overwhemled with life, that we forgot about our inner soul. Who am I? What are my purposes? Who do I want to become? 7.
